My top works that were under 1000 words, according to my (completely baseless) formula that weights kudos, bookmarks/subscriptions, and comments.

5) Rats!

Description: Yasha and Nott finally get a chance to sit down and eat their rats. It’s going to be great.

This was just a tone of fun to right: Nott and Yasha bouncing off each other and then Beau’s reaction at the end (which is totally me just thinking “What Would Marisha Do?” and finding the perfect answer.

4) One-Sided Conversation

Description: Nott needs to make a decision about whether to stay. So she talks to the only person she can.

This is another case of forcing myself to write a pairing that does not come naturally in. In this case, Nott and Caleb. It was surprisingly cute!

3) Kiss with a Fist

Description: Yasha and Beauregard have a sparring match. How else was this going to go?

My first campaign 2 fic, written within a couple days of the episode! I saw Beau and Yasha and immediately knew they needed to go together! My opinion has not changed (although it has expanded to the possibility of adding Jester in …).

2) The Truth about Cats and Dogs

Description: “Which do you like more, Beau?” asked Jester, “Dogs or cats?” The rest of the Mighty Nein joins in. Just a little conversation about cats and dogs, you know?

I’ve discovered that @twinvax is excellent at giving fun/fluffy prompts and that’s exactly what this was–just a tone of lightweight fun!

1) Matchmaker

Description: Caleb turns out to be not stinky. And pretty! Jester is sure Fjord noticed, but he clearly needs help doing anything about it.

My second fic for campaign 2 and I did not expect it to go over as well as it did! Really, it was just me getting to write Jester, which is one of my favorite things!
